TNQAB Developed TQF (Represent by the matrix on the right)to help with understanding qualifications in Tonga,both existing as well as those which may emerge in Tonga in future.It is a 10-level structure in which the numerical value of each level is diretly related to the complexity of the Qualifications Learning Outcomes.
