Mid-Review of National Qualification in Aged Community Care – TTI

The mid-review of the National Qualification in Aged Community Care Level 2 and the National Certificate in Aged Care Level 3 was conducted to assess the progress, effectiveness and relevance of both programs in meeting industry and learner needs. Feedback from learners, administrative management, stakeholders and trainers was considered to identify strengths and challenges and the areas of improvement. The findings will support ongoing quality enhancement and ensure that both qualifications continue to equip graduates with skills and competencies required to provide quality care and support to older people in community and residential care.
